Dandy Winery
A small premium winery co-founded by Assaf Lavi and his close friend Moti, built like a catalog of releases rather than a conventional winery line.
Each wine is treated as a distinct release with its own name, label, atmosphere, and identity, while still belonging to one authored Dandy universe rooted in Syrah from Mount Meron.
The section stays intentionally singular. Rather than splitting into many separate portfolio items, it gathers place, wine, labels, and atmosphere into one evolving project page built around Dandy.
